Singapore Hospice Council Live Well. Leave Well Festival 2024

This campaign aims to change the way Singapore views death and dying. Singapore Hospice Council is encouraging people to talk openly about what matters to them, and to make plans in advance. This is to avoid making decisions during a crisis when one is emotional, or passing this burden to loved ones when one can no longer make decisions.
